GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
of the Vintage Motor Cycle Club Ltd
will be held on April 18th at 11:00 by Zoom
1 Welcome by the President, Michael I Wills MB. ChB. F.R.C.S.
2 To remember with respect those Members who have passed away during the last year.
3 To record apologies for absence.
4 To elect two Scrutineers.
5 To approve the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on Sunday 1st March 2020 .
6 To consider Matters Arising from those Minutes not otherwise included in this Notice.
7 To receive the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 30th September 2020.
8 To authorise the Board to appoint the Auditors, and to determine their remuneration.
9 To elect two Board Members.
To be elected, a nominee must receive at least 50% of the votes cast.
9.1 Mario Costa-Sa – Proposed by Mike Wills President, Seconded by Alastair Alexander Past President
9.2 Brian Southam – Proposed by Mario Costa-Sa Vice Chair, Seconded by Cliff Harris Finance Director
10 To elect the five new area representatives
